BURNTAREA_S3_EFR_H3_P1D

• Title: Burnt Area Daily NRT Experimental, Europe
  
• Description: The product is automatically derived from optical satellite data, specifically mid-resolution data from the Sentinel-3 OLCI, MODIS and VIIRS sensors, enhanced with high-resolution data from the Sentinel-2 MSI instrument. The product is generated in near-real time. The results are updated as soon as new input data becomes available over a timespan of seven days. Besides the fire perimeter, and start and end-date of each area is given as well as the burn severity of each sub-region.

BURNTAREA_V2_P1D

• Title: Burnt Area Daily NRT v2
  
• Description: This product includes automatically derived burnt areas from daily Sentinel-3 OLCI Level-1 EFR near real-time (NRT) imagery. It is an incremental product, that detects burnt areas, clusters the burnt areas into individual fire events and updates detected fire events from the past seven days with the most recent burnt area information immediately after each new image acquisition. Besides displaying the NRT evolution of individual fire events, every detected fire event is enhanced with valuable metadata information, including burn severity, start- and end-dates and fire size.
