Details about context, plan, data access as well as use and restrictions are given on the "About" page. The new design of the "Services" page gives a better overview of available services and their capabilities. Major improvements have been made to the "Maps" page where more available data sets can be previewed. Please update your bookmarks and feeds accordingly, since a slight change in the URL has become necessary.
